Help with sign-in, dialing, permissions, offline sync and mandatory call wrap-up.

Before contacting support

  1. Confirm you were given a thynkWISE account by your employer — the app has no public sign-up.
  2. Sign out and sign in again if your session has expired.
  3. Pull to refresh your queue if a lead or callback looks out of date.
  4. Complete any pending wrap-up before starting a new call — the app requires it.
  5. Open Profile > Diagnostics and copy the report before writing in.

Signing in

Sign-in opens a secure browser tab for your organisation's login (OAuth 2.0). Complete it there and you are returned to the app automatically. If the tab closes without returning you, reopen the app and try again — no credentials are ever typed directly into thynkWISE Mobile itself.

Dialing and the two calling modes

Calls are placed on your phone's own SIM, so the prospect sees your real number. By default, tapping Call hands the number to your phone's system dialer and the app asks you to confirm the outcome once you return. If you optionally grant thynkWISE the default-dialer role, the app places and manages the call itself with its own in-call screen — this is never required to use the app.

Permissions

Phone permission places the call and reports coarse connection state only — the app does not read your call log. Notification permission covers the ongoing-call and pending-wrap-up alerts. Microphone permission is requested only if your organisation has enabled call recording and you switch it on for that specific call; a visible, non-dismissable notification stays up for the whole recording. The app does not request contacts, location, photo or SMS permissions.

Working offline

Call attempts and wrap-ups are recorded on the device the moment they happen and sync automatically once you are back on network — nothing is lost if a call drops or you lose signal, and reconnecting will not create duplicate records.

Get help

Contact your organisation's thynkWISE administrator first for account, queue or calling-policy issues — they control what leads and permissions you have. For app problems, open Profile > Diagnostics, copy the report, and email it with a description of what happened to partner@thynkwise.co.in. Never send your password or a screenshot of a prospect's personal details.
