# ColdCall by thYnkWISE

> ColdCall by thYnkWISE is AI cold calling software for sales teams. It combines a web workspace, a compatible Android 12+ app and eligible Chrome/browser calling workflows to prepare reps, track supported call activity, require outcomes and callbacks, and show managers what to improve.

ColdCall is also known as the thYnkWISE Calling Engine. The name reflects its primary acquisition use case, but the product can also support warm leads, scheduled callbacks, campaign follow-ups and existing-customer conversations.

## Important product boundaries

- Recording and transcription depend on the device or calling route, tenant configuration, permissions and legally required consent.
- A normal mobile handset call does not automatically provide the other participant's audio to the Chrome extension.
- Two-sided live transcription and coaching require an eligible browser dialler or WebRTC route.
- Licence prices exclude carrier minutes, phone numbers, messaging, transcription and AI-provider usage unless a written offer states otherwise.
